Rich B. I made an appointment to have my outdoor grill inspected so I could have it repaired. Jennifer scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my house on Mar 17th at 10 AM. When no one showed up, I called Jennifer and she told me she would call the technician for an ETA and then would call me back. She never called me, even after I sent her a few followup emails/phone calls. A few days later I called again, and the man I assume was the owner said he would immediately find out what happened and call me back. He never called me either. What lousy customer service this was!!!
